Identifying the need for and creating brand guidelines & templates to scale brand efforts across the company
Utilizing existing brand assets from the Codility library to build fresh art directions
Owning the end-to-end process of creating the design. Taking complex, technical concepts and transforming them into easy to understand, on-brand visual assets
Working with cross-functional teams: collaborating with Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Product Designers, Sales Department and Marketing Team
Providing web design support - maintaining & improving existing templates as well as working closely with Developers on new pages
Collaborating with external partners, like agencies and freelancers
Maintaining brand consistency throughout all marketing assets by managing Codility’s image library
Providing design advice to clients and sales teams as well as guidance to co-workers
Applying professional graphic design principles to the creation of documents, websites, and other graphic products
Designing marketing and sales materials such as collaterals, presentations, emails templates, ebooks/guides, infographics, ads, gifs, videos and banners; supporting blogs, display and social media channels
Working closely with clients to understand the overall messaging and come up with innovative designs to support that messaging
Creating, preparing and editing all types of visual elements in line with company brand
Building information charts, infographics and preparing written documentation (reports, leaflets, business proposals)
Providing quality assurance of all deliverables and managing creative responsibilities of assigned projects
